Ecopanel Wall and Housing System            back to top

The Ecopanel, using modern German technology, transforms traditional building wall materials and construction methods into an innovative building and housing system that reduces time and cost, and improves the long term strength and durability of the building and house. It is a fiber-reinforced hollow core and load-bearing concrete panel. Coconut coir is used to reinforce concrete to produce the load-bearing panels. The thickness of the panel is only 80mm or 3" thick. It is available with a width of 450mm and lengths of 2.60m and 3.00m. The Ecopanel is termite and fire resistant, rot free and has good insulation qualities.

D.M. Wenceslao and Assoc. Inc. has its own batch plant which started its operation last February 2002. Its primary purpose is to produce high quality ready mix concrete products under Wendel Ground Batch Plant Ready Mix operations. In general, the operations include batching the materials, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating, finishing and curing.
