Drilling Works
The DMWAI Geotechnical Division engages in soil investigation works to obtain soil engineering parameters relevant to pre-feasibility studies. They also engage in detailed design and construction of structures on areas planned for development. The group utilizes self-propelled, all-hydraulic drills mounted on crawlers for drilling efficiency and portable hydraulic drills ideal for limited access sites.

Trenching On-shore &
Offshore for Cable Laying
This project, under the National Electrification Administration, required the laying of electrical cables from a mainland power source, to energize an adjacent island. The DMWAI Marine Group was tasked to excavate the necessary trenches for submarine cables. 

The project was done at the following locations: Iloilo to Guimaras Island; Kagalianao, Surigao del Norte to Bucas Grande Island, East Bucas to Dapa, Siargao Island; Esperanza, Misamis Oriental to Camiguin Island and Davao Mainland to Samal Island.

GSIS Metro Homes The work consisted of driving pre-stressed piles for the foundation of the condominium units.
		PriceSmart Store, Aseana Business Park Pre-stressed piles were driven for the foundation of the shopping center.
PNB Building Foundation works is a specialty of the DMWAI. The company handled the pile driving work of the PNB Congenerics Building along Roxas Boulevard.

		Alabang-Zapote Fly-Over Project The company, under a joint venture scheme, constructed the Alabang-Zapote Centennial Fly-Over located at the intersection of Alabang-Zapote Road and Quirino Avenue at Las Piñas City Metro Manila.
Third IBRD Highways Project As member of ICCI, the company constructed Contract Package “Z”, Passi-Dao-Sigma Road, one of the seven bridges of the Third IBRD Highways Project.
		Marikina Bridge and Marikina Diversion Road This bridge project was awarded by the Ministry of Public Works and Highways to MCCI, a consortium composed of three technical firms and DMWAI. The project entails the construction of a 315 meter long, four-lane bridge as well as a 3.6 kilometer long, 40 meter wide diversion road.

		Greenville Homes House A two-storey, three bedroom house situated in Brgy. Sahod Ulan, Tanza Cavite that serves as a model house for DMWAI’s commercial housing venture. The house which also utilizes the Ecopanel wall system, has a lot area of 80 sq. m. and a floor area of 63 sq. m.
Woodridge Zamboanga Project This residential project in partnership with Landco has a total land area of 23.82 has. located in Zamboanga City.
		Dagonoy, Manila two-storey Commercial Row A two-storey commercial / residential block relocation development program constructed by the company for the residents of Dagonoy, City of Manila.

		Aseana Business Park www.aseanabusinesspark.com Aseana Business Park is an integral part of the comprehensive Boulevard 2000 Project being undertaken by the Public Estates Authority (PEA) in behalf of the Philippine Government. The 204-hectare business park, bordering the City of Pasay and the City of Parañaque, enjoys the strategic position of fronting both Roxas Boulevard and historic Manila Bay. It provides a unique and competitive advantage for all its locators. The general development is based on a residential / commercial zoning. The property has been subdivided to reflect several development concepts to ensure a long term harmonious relationship for the various locators in the business park. The objective of DMWAI as lead developer and project manager of the project is to be able to control and manage density within the business park so as to balance infrastructure and amenities with the requirement of the residential and business locators.
Ciudad Nuevo 1 The company has entered into BOT programs with the government. One of these projects is the reclamation development of Ciudad Nuevo 1 in Cavite City. The project aims to preserve the strong cultural heritage and the commerce of Cavite City. Ciudad Nuevo 2 The government’s thrust of expansion on its limited land resources has resulted in the development and expansion of the Ciudad Nuevo 1 development. It aims to develop and extend the commercial district of the City. The project is adjacent to the historical Fort San Felipe.
PHILIPPINE ECOPANEL PLANT
		Philippine Ecopanel Inc. Plant PEI is a subsidiary of DMWAI and is active in the housing sector. It is the manufacturer and distributor of the ecopanel, a concrete prefabricated wall panel for residential, commercial and industrial use. The PEI plant is located in Trece Martires, Cavite. The plant also serves as a stockyard for the manufactured panels.
PASIG RIVER REHABILITATION
Pasig River Rehabilitation Project: Package 4 This project involved the immediate rehabilitation of major problem areas along the banks of Pasig River, specifically the Makati-Mandaluyong area. The major works undertaken were Steel sheet pile driving, construction of parapet walls, concrete slope and concrete railings.
